With an MBA and over 25 years of experience leading teams and driving change in global education and technology,I know what it’s like to lead in complex, fast-moving environments. I’ve built teams, led change, and navigated the pressure of delivering results while staying true to my values.

Today, I’m an ICF-certified coach (ACC) with coach education that meets the requirements for the PCC level, and I’ve completed the ICF Credentialing Exam.

My coaching is practical and human. I work with rising and established leaders who are ready to move beyond perfectionism, people-pleasing, or over-functioning into a more strategic, authentic leadership presence.

I draw from research-based frameworks like Immunity to Change, Kegan’s Adult Development Theory, Positive Intelligence, and stakeholder-centered coaching to help clients uncover blind spots, shift mindset patterns, and align their personal growth with organizational impact.
